Since we are authors of just theme, we do not provide support which concerns any 3-rd party extensions, including modules that come with the theme.
Support is provided only via ticket system. All ticket are handled in the queue, that’s why the reply may take up to two working days. Be patient, please.
We recommend creating a ticket with maximum information about an issue. In that case, you will get the answer faster.

Fix of issues which caused by customization, 3-rd party extensions, the previously installed theme is not included in theme support and can be provided on the paid basis.
Custom modules integration service is provided on the paid basis and is not included in purchased theme support.
